At our store, we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if you’re not satisfied, we’ve made the return process straightforward while ensuring that returned items meet our resale standards.

You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To start the process, simply email us at info@coloursland.com or fill out the contact form with your order number and reason for the return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide you with detailed instructions on how to send the item back to us. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as an incorrect or defective item.

We can only accept items that are unopened, unused, and still in their original packaging. Products that have been opened, used, or otherwise rendered unsellable will not be eligible for return or refund. If an item arrives at our facility and does not meet these requirements, we will notify you, and the item will be sent back at your expense.

Refunds are processed once the returned item is inspected and approved. If everything is in order, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds cannot be processed for non-returnable items, including customized products or items with broken seals.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please let us know within 7 days of delivery. Email us with photos and a description of the issue, and we’ll work with you to resolve it, whether that means sending a replacement or providing a refund.
