To make the process as transparent as possible, we will send you a tracking code approximately 3 days before your package is expected to arrive. This tracking code allows you to monitor your shipment’s journey and helps ensure you’re ready to receive it when it arrives.

We calculate shipping costs at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where delays or issues are caused by us. For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply; these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your shipping costs.

If your order does not arrive within 30 business days, please contact us, and we will do everything possible to resolve the issue.

In rare cases where a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply in such situations. If you choose not to have the package resent, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us within 7 days. To resolve the matter quickly, we may ask for supporting documentation, such as photos of the damaged item. We are committed to ensuring you receive your order in perfect condition.
